Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation (AAWDC) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to assist job seekers in addressing obstacles to employment while obtaining in-demand skills that enable them to start, transition, and advance in their careers. AAWDC provides no cost training, licensing and certifications to assist active-duty spouses with employment.
