The ability to listen and remember is critical for business and personal success. Listening is the communication skill used more than any other in business. It is the skill, which often receives the least attention yet can be learned and developed. Work performance is improved by increasing your ability to absorb and retain information through listening. In this training, participants will learn to understand the relationships between words, tone, and body language; explore the power of listening; and examine logic and emotion in the communication process. In addition, participants will identify the strategic differences between one-way and two-way communication; measure successful listening processes; understand the tools they have available and how to use these effectively. In addition, participants learn the techniques for listening and capturing information for convenient recall. Develop more confidence and improve productivity with an enhanced ability to listen critically and respond productively in greater relevance.
